Est namque synodicis decretum institutis (Carth. III, c. 9; Milev. 19, Agath. Aur., etc.) ut nemo episcopum penes saeculares arbitros accuset, sed apud summos primates.
PL 13, 19B会議の定めによって（Carth. III, c. 9; Milev. 19, Agath. Aur., etc.）決まっている。何人も、司教を世俗の裁定者のもとで告発してはならず、最高位の首位の司教たちのもとで〔告発せよ〕。
